The portal is easy to use and frees up a lot of paralegal time to concentrate on other tasks rather than spending so much time requesting and following up on requests for medical records. Doctor's Marketing Network is crushing it. As any PI attorney knows, getting medical bills and medical records is the most, or at least tied for the most aggravating part of the work. DMN gets them for you, free. Working with them has been ridiculously easy. Sit with your client, a map comes up on the DMN website with pins around the client's home, and the client picks what is close. Then, another click or two and the client is scheduled there. Then upload a Release and tell DMN where else the client went (hospital, PC doctor, etc.) and then later tell them where the client goes (diagnostic referrals, specialists, etc.) and DMN gets and uploads the records, and bills, and you then download them. I sound like a commercial for them. It's because I'm sold. I'm saving money, my staff is spending less time chasing records, and, I like these folks.
